  • Most of us know what a healthy lifestyle looks like, but often find it hard to achieve. The reasons why vary among us, but what is so very common is that it’s often our habits that we don’t even know we have that “control” our not-so-healthy behaviours.

    Most Health Coaches give you a checklist of what to eat and what not to eat, or what exercise to do and when. The problem with this is that you’re told what to do. It can feel like a short-term solution and likely not motivating enough to sustain in the long term.

    My coaching is about transforming beliefs and mindsets so that you can be present with yourself and your life in a whole new way. It’s getting to the root causes of behaviours and limited beliefs: This is where real change is possible!

    I believe that creating and experiencing the life you want—whether it’s your health and wellness or simply feeling fulfilled and content—is possible and sustainable because we co-create tools and strategies that are curated to your unique challenges and goals.

    I work with you to help you tap into your own inner wisdom and mindset and help you get clear on what you really want. We break down the barriers that are stopping you from being in alignment with how you want to feel and how you want to experience the world.

    As a Coach, I advocate for, and support you in, achieving your goals by helping you stay motivated and follow through for lasting and impactful—positive—change so you can feel your best self.

    What becomes clear is an awareness around how you want to feel and why—in all areas of your life. Your health is only one part of your wholeness. Your “Self” works as a connective, collaborative, interactive system and so we can’t change one area without affecting another. The mind-body unity is the paradigm I work under.

    Because my focus is very narrow and I have personal experience overcoming these challenges, what you get with me is a deep level of expertise on what works to make changes that are in alignment with your values and how you want to experience your life. I’ve become an expert at this topic and that’s why my clients get great results that they are thrilled with—and it’s a no-judgement zone; only one filled with compassion, inspiration, and awakenings!

    As a member of the Health Coach Alliance (TM), I uphold the integrity, values, and standards and practices within a healthcare setting. Your personal information, our sessions, and your progress/outcomes are all held to these standards. Your privacy is protected and guaranteed.

    The first session together is about understanding what goals you have and what’s important to you about achieving them. This session does that deep dive into what’s motivating you, what’s challenging you, and we get a much better understanding on some root causes of any challenges that have stopped you from reaching your goals in the past.

    Each week we set small manageable goals and introduce what is needed to set you up for inevitable success. This includes mindset work that provides new insights and revelations!

    The program I offer is curated to help you understand eating and nutrition that supports your goals (And it’s not just about weight management!). We work on other health principles that can be incorporated into your lifestyle to support your goals—including how to prioritize your self-care and commitment to your overall wellness.

    We work to understand who you are and how you’re feeling when certain behaviours occur so that habit-change methods are successful.

    There is a format and flow to each session that you can rely on, and in addition to that, I offer new information that’s specifically provided to support you and help you stay accountable, positive, and motivated.

    You’ll gain lots of valuable tips, tricks, and strategies to manage your health and your life more easily and to make your health and your life work for YOU (instead of the other way around).
