Hi, I’m Laura Gray

I’m excited you’re here!

If you’re human (and I assume you are!), you know that we are not perfect. In fact, we can’t even define “perfect” because there is no such destination or end point; we are all in constant motion - growing, changing, and dynamic beings.

This is me. Not perfect, and certainly constantly growing. I have explored and discovered many skills so far: From biologist, to stay-at-home mom, to prolific writer (and editor) in the science; equine; creative (I write screenplays); and the health and wellness spheres.

I’ve put on many hats, but all have supported and led me to were I am now. A Health, Wellness, and Life Coach.

And although each role I’ve assumed in different stages of my life have been fulfilling, valuable, and exactly where I was supposed to be, it is perhaps coaching that brings my life’s purpose to light.

It is the culmination of my life’s experiences that’s allowed me to have the acumen and skill to be a supportive coach with passion and love to see others thrive and live their best lives possible.

My formal credentials include a Bachelor of Science - Biology; a Master of Science - Biology; Nutrition Fundamentals and Behaviour Change for Health and Wellness - both courses with McMaster University Health and Wellness Coaching; and my certification as a Health and Wellness Coach through the Health Coach Institute, an accredited dual Health and Life Coach organization.

For over three decades, I have been immersed in the health and wellness space, absorbing and learning as much as I can about health and mindset optimization.

And now, as a certified Holistic Health and Life Coach, I specialize in helping both women and men achieve health and life goals through highly effective, research-supported habit-change strategies and support systems that ensure inevitable and sustainable success.

Letting go of perfect and supporting growth.
